Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

How payment and cancellation issues will be handled when a project is actually commissioned.

No checkout on this site

This version of the site creates estimates and inquiry records; it does not collect card payments or automatically charge for a selected bundle. Submitting or downloading an estimate does not create a payment obligation.

Before any payment

The accepted proposal or service agreement will specify deposit requirements, milestones, due dates, cancellation rules, and refund treatment for that project. Do not send payment based solely on the preliminary PDF.

Deposits and work performed

Whether an advance payment is refundable, whether completed work is billable, and whether third-party fees are recoverable depend on the written agreement and applicable law. We do not promise blanket nonrefundable deposits or blanket refunds on this page.

Subscriptions and third-party fees

A recurring plan must specify when it renews and how it can be cancelled. Charges from third-party platforms may follow those providers’ policies.
