Using the website
You may browse the site and use its tools for legitimate business inquiries. Do not interfere with site security, send misleading or unlawful submissions, attempt to bypass Turnstile or rate limits, scrape the site excessively, or exploit the service.
Service descriptions
Public services, availability, descriptions and indicative pricing may change. Only the scope in a mutually accepted written agreement governs any commissioned work. Submitting the form does not obligate Wizard of the Web to accept a project.
Estimates are not contracts
PDFs and displayed package totals are preliminary, non-binding estimates, not invoices or promises of a final price. They may exclude third-party charges, domain or hosting fees, advertising spend, taxes, hourly work, integrations, revisions or work discovered during scoping. Custom-quote items require separate agreement. No service begins merely because an estimate was downloaded.
No promised outcomes
Search ranking, advertising performance, lead volume, content removal, platform approvals, reputation improvement, uptime and similar results depend on external factors and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed service agreement.
Intellectual property
The site design, copy, artwork and code are owned by their respective rights holders and may not be reused commercially without permission. You remain responsible for having permission to provide logos, copy, photos, credentials or other materials for your project.
Third-party products and links
Third-party tools and platforms may have separate terms, policies, subscription fees and technical requirements. We are not responsible for independent third-party site content or their availability.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and its automated recommendations are provided as general information, without a warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or legally sufficient. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wizard of the Web disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this public site. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
