Inquiry and discovery
The Spell Finder suggests potential service matches. Recommendations are informational and may not identify every requirement. We review needs, scope, dependencies, access and deliverables before accepting a project.
Pricing models
A displayed fixed fee applies only to the clearly described scope and remains subject to written acceptance. Monthly fees recur only when an approved agreement says so. Hourly work, campaigns, integrations, emergencies and custom projects are scoped separately. Any package discount must appear in a written quote; it is not automatic.
Third-party costs
Domain registration, software licenses, paid themes, hosting, ad budgets, payment processing, email services, stock assets and other third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Estimates and revisions
A downloadable PDF is a non-binding preliminary estimate. We may revise pricing when requirements or assumptions change. A paid project begins only after agreement on scope, fees, timing and payment conditions.
Customer responsibilities
You are expected to provide lawful content, necessary access, timely feedback and any required permissions. Work dependent on third-party platforms can be delayed or modified by their approval processes and policies.
Deliverables and change requests
An approved proposal or statement of work should define deliverables, revision allowances, acceptance criteria, timelines, support responsibilities, intellectual property, and treatment of changes outside scope.
Recurring services and cancellation
Any recurring service must specify billing schedule, minimum commitment if any, cancellation method and notice period in its individual agreement. No universal cancellation period is promised by the public website.
SEO, ads and reputation services
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, advertising conversions, review removals, public sentiment or other third-party outcomes. We do not promise suppression or removal of lawful content without a valid basis or platform approval.
